Madeleine Hordinski (b. 1997) is a visual storyteller based in Cincinnati; in December 2020, she completed two degrees in photojournalism and anthropology at Ohio University. She graduated Summa Cum Laude (3.9/4.0). In July, she will be joining the Los Angeles Times as the summer intern.

Her favorite kinds of stories and photographs examine memory, community and family. She believes storytelling has a remarkable capacity to inspire positive social change, build community and help people realize they're not alone. Madeleine's work has been featured in the BBC, PDN and Frontline PBS.
